I have spent my working life building things that were not supposed to work.

Early on, i created and led a unique integrated marketing agency, taking brands like Levi’s 501 and MTV across 17 countries. Later I built an international MarTech business, securing global IP and accelerated growth.

There have been wins and the hard failures. I have dealt with broken cashflows and the quiet moment when you realise the plan is not working and something has to give.

360 Strategy exists because I am interested in one thing: whether a business can survive and grow in the conditions it is actually in, not in the story it tells itself.
