I find the bleed before anyone else sees it.
Thirty years building companies has taught me one thing: most businesses are losing money in places they are not looking. My job is to find it, stop it, and turn it into something that works.

I founded the UK's first guerrilla marketing agency and promoted brands like Levi's 501 and MTV in 17 countries, generating over £30 million in earned media. Then I built a software and hardware manufacturing company from scratch, secured global IP, licensed across eight countries, and evolved it into a live SaaS platform.
I speak both founder and I board because I have sat in both chairs.

I step in when cash is tight, customers are slipping, or the business is bleeding and no one can find the wound. I analyse where your people are stuck, where the process is broken, where the opportunity is hiding. Only then do I suggest tools. Technology comes last, not first, and only when it protects cash or removes the work killing your team.
