Entrepreneurship in 24 steps

According to Bill Aulet Professor of Entrepreneurship at the MIT Sloan School of Management and author of Disciplined Entrepreneurship: you can protect your start-up from failure by following a derailed 24 step process.

The Aulet process incorporates everything from market and customer segmentation (who are your customers?) through to the all important Value Proposition (What is the actual customer need)?

Good business strategy starts with insight, test and validation of all ideas and assumptions. Never assume anything without thorough testing and validation. It can be tempting to rush headfirst into building your dream business but this can often pave the way to failure instead of success. What Bill Aulet doesn't mention in his process is the power of patience, all great entrepreneurs possess patience. Patience and solid strategy are the foundations of business success.
